1. Who we are

Bezro Luxe Drive is a scheduled private chauffeur and limousine service for airport, corporate, hourly and point-to-point journeys in Singapore. Bookings are made with BEZRO LUXE DRIVE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202243920N), a live private company limited by shares. The registered office is 7030 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, #08-61, Northstar @ AMK, Singapore 569880. “We”, “us” and “the operator” mean that company, trading as Bezro Luxe Drive.

We are not a taxi service and do not ply for hire on the street. Bookings are pre-arranged. Chauffeurs are required to hold a valid Private Hire Car Driver’s Vocational Licence (PDVL) or other licence required by the Land Transport Authority for the work they perform, and vehicles are required to be registered and insured for that use.

2. These terms and your rights

By requesting a quote, ticking acceptance at checkout, paying, or asking us to confirm an invoiced job, you agree to these terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Privacy and PDPA Policy.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and, where it applies, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. In particular, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If you book as a company, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that company. Electronic records and acceptance are intended to satisfy the Electronic Transactions Act 2010.

3. The service we provide

We provide a private vehicle with a chauffeur for the journey, class and duration on the confirmation. Unless the confirmation says otherwise, the service includes professional driving, a clean vehicle of the booked class (or higher), and bottled water where that class usually carries it.

The service does not include, unless separately agreed in writing:

  • attraction tickets, meals, hotel porterage or tour guiding as a licensed tourist guide;
  • immigration, visa or checkpoint processing;
  • unaccompanied minors without a responsible adult, except by prior written arrangement;
  • cash collection from passengers;
  • street hail or on-demand matching in the manner of a taxi or ride-hail marketplace.

4. Quotes, bookings and when a contract is formed

Website estimates are invitations to treat. A contract is formed when (a) we capture or confirm payment for an instant booking, or (b) we accept a corporate invoice or quotation in writing (including email). Retail fare snapshots expire as shown at checkout (typically 30 minutes). Corporate quotations expire on the date stated on the proposal.

You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off points, date and time, passenger and luggage counts, flight number for airport arrivals, and any child-seat or accessibility needs. If those details are wrong, we may requote, refuse the job, or substitute a larger class at the applicable fare.

We may decline or cancel a request that is unlawful, unsafe, below our published contribution-margin floor without a finance override, or outside the operating area (including Malaysia, which is not sold online until legal validation).

5. Fares, GST and extras

Fares are in Singapore dollars and are shown before you pay, including the night window, short-notice, meet-and-greet, extra stops, seats, waiting (where already known) and special-zone lines that apply to that journey. Figures on this website are a launch-recommendation card until the operator confirms live retail rates.

GST is not charged until we are GST-registered and enable it in fare settings. If GST later applies, it will be added at the prevailing rate and shown as a line.

Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), parking, tolls, entrance fees and similar third-party charges incurred for your itinerary are reimbursable at cost unless the confirmation states they are included. Additional waiting, extra stops and route changes after confirmation are charged under the fare table then in force.

6. Payment

Guests and registered travellers pay at checkout (card, PayNow, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Approved company accounts may settle after the trip or on contract terms. Chauffeurs are not authorised to collect cash. Until a live payment gateway is connected, checkout is a demonstration and does not take a real charge.

Invoice accounts must keep within the agreed credit limit and settle by the due date on the invoice. We may suspend further bookings on an overdue account.

7. Cancellation, amendment and no-show

Cancellation fees, no-show, flight disruption and refunds are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, more than 48 hours’ notice: no cancellation fee; 24–48 hours: 50% of the commissionable fare; 6–24 hours: 75%; under 6 hours or no-show: 100%.

Amendments that change time, route, class or headcount are requoted. Manage a booking at /manage with the reference and booking email.

8. Vehicles, chauffeurs and substitution

The confirmation names a vehicle class, not a specific plate, colour or chauffeur, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We may assign or substitute any chauffeur and any vehicle of the same class or higher. Stretch limousines are not supplied unless listed in the live fleet.

Chauffeur name, photograph and plate are issued before pickup once dispatch assigns the job. If a substituted vehicle is a lower class than booked, you may refuse it and receive a refund of that job, or accept it at the lower class fare.

9. Your responsibilities

You and every passenger must:

  • wear a fastened seatbelt whenever the vehicle is moving, as required under Singapore road traffic law;
  • not smoke, vape, or use illegal drugs in the vehicle;
  • not carry weapons, hazardous goods, or anything unlawful to transport;
  • not exceed the legal seating capacity or the luggage capacity of the class;
  • follow reasonable safety instructions from the chauffeur;
  • be ready at the agreed place within the included waiting time;
  • treat the chauffeur with ordinary courtesy. Abuse, harassment or violence is grounds to end the job.

If the chauffeur reasonably believes continuing would be unsafe or unlawful, they may end the journey. In that case the fare (and any cancellation or soiling charge) may still be payable.

10. Child passengers and seat restraints

Under Singapore rules, a child below 1.35 metres in height must, in general, be secured in an approved child restraint when travelling in a passenger car. You must tell us at booking if a booster, child or infant seat is required. Supply is subject to availability and the seat fees on the fare screen.

Fitting and use of the restraint remain your responsibility unless we have agreed in writing to supply and install a specific seat. We are not a childcare service. An adult passenger must accompany children unless we have accepted an unaccompanied booking in writing.

11. Waiting, routing and delays

Included waiting is 60 minutes after landing for airport arrivals (planned against the flight number you give us) and 15 minutes from scheduled pickup for departures and point-to-point jobs, unless the confirmation states otherwise. Further waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks at the class rate.

The chauffeur may choose any lawful route. We are not liable for delay caused by traffic, ERP gantries, accidents, weather, road closures, checkpoint queues, or airport or hotel instructions, except to the extent caused by our negligence. Flight monitoring does not make us an airline or a guarantor of landing time.

12. Damage, soiling and prohibited use

You are responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle, or extra cleaning, caused by you or your party beyond ordinary wear (including spills, vomiting, burns and torn upholstery). We will charge reasonable cleaning or repair costs, supported by an invoice or quotation.

Pets travel only if agreed at booking. Trained assistance animals are accepted. You remain responsible for the animal and for soiling.

13. Cross-border journeys

Singapore–Malaysia chauffeur service is not sold on this website until legal, insurance and licensed-supply validation. If a cross-border job is later accepted in writing, every passenger must hold valid travel documents. Immigration and customs delays are not a chauffeur default. You are responsible for duties, permits and any refusal of entry.

14. Partners and subcontractors

We may fulfil a booking with a company chauffeur, an owner-driver or a licensed transport partner. We remain the contracting party to you for that booking. Partner terms between us and the supplier do not reduce your rights against us under these terms.

15. Insurance and liability

Vehicles used for your journey are required to carry motor insurance as mandated for that use in Singapore. That insurance is for third-party and vehicle risks required by law. It is not personal travel, medical, or luggage insurance. You should keep your own travel and personal accident cover.

To the extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including missed flights, lost business or hotel nights) except where Singapore law does not allow that exclusion;
  • our aggregate liability for any other claim arising from a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking, or the amount actually recovered from our insurer for that incident, whichever is higher;
  • we are not liable for items left in the vehicle after the job is signed off as completed;
  • where a claim is covered by compulsory motor insurance, you agree that recovery should be pursued through that insurance in the ordinary way.

If a vehicle carries cameras, recordings are used only for safety, training and dispute handling, as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Lost property

Tell us as soon as you notice an item is missing, with the booking reference. We will ask the chauffeur to check the vehicle. If found, we will arrange return; reasonable delivery or postage may be charged. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days. Perishable or unsafe items may be disposed of immediately.

17. Website and intellectual property

The website, brand, text, photographs and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service. You must not misuse the site (including scraping fares, overloading the booking form, or attempting to access admin or other customers’ data).

Fares, fleet photographs and copy on this site are for booking with us. They are not a licence to republish our rate card.

18. Personal data

We collect and use personal data to quote, book, dispatch, invoice and support the journey, as set out in the Privacy and PDPA Policy. You must have authority to give us passenger names, flight numbers and mobile numbers of people you book for.

19. Complaints and governing law

Write to us via Contact within 14 days of the journey, with the reference. We will try to resolve the matter directly. You may also use mediation or, for consumers, approaches such as CASE where they accept the dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable right to use another forum that Singapore law gives a consumer.

A person who is not a party to the booking has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these terms, except that a chauffeur may rely on the passenger-conduct and damage clauses.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in force is the one published when your contract is formed (payment captured or invoice booking confirmed). Continued use of the website after a posting is acceptance of the new terms for later bookings.

If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the cancellation policy, the privacy policy and the booking confirmation are the entire agreement for that journey. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
