Changi is four passenger terminals plus Jewel. A transfer that says only “the airport” leaves the chauffeur guessing at the wrong door. Name the terminal, or the hotel if you are departing, so the approach is the one your party will actually use.
Marina Bay, Orchard and Sentosa are the usual first hotels. Extra stops—SIM card, office, a second property—are itemised in the booking flow rather than absorbed into a vague inclusive rate.
Departures as their own job
A hotel-to-Changi transfer is timed to your check-in preference and terminal, not to a generic “two hours before”. If you need Jewel or a last meeting on the way, add the stop before payment so the fare and the clock are honest.
