Corporate airport transfer
Corporate airport transfers for desks that send manifests
A company arrival is not a leisure hop. Names, flights, cost centres and a car that matches the seniority of the guest—quoted as a line the travel manager can file.
What travel desks send us
A flight list, passenger grades (principal versus staff), preferred vehicle mix, hotel or office drop-offs, and who pays. One executive in an S-Class and four colleagues in a V-Class is a normal split; two unrelated taxi bookings is not.
Meet-and-greet can be reserved for the principal only. Staff can be collected at the kerb. Tell us so the hall is not overcrowded with nameboards.
Billing that matches the company
Itemised quotations, cost-centre coding where your account uses it, and invoice terms once the corporate record is active. Ad-hoc arrivals can still be booked on the public flow if the traveller is paying their own card.
When to use Book Now versus Quote
A single known flight and a single car: Book Now. A delegation, staggered arrivals, or a week of Changi movements: send the itinerary on the quote form so dispatch can hold spare capacity.
