MICE transport is the multi-day exhibition and congress product. This page is the single-night or single-show brief: product launches, charity galas, concert holds, awards dinners, and brand activations where guests arrive dressed and on a clock.

What we need from the organiser
Venue loading rules, VIP versus general-guest vehicle mix, hotel list, run-of-show times, and whether a hold car stays on site. PDF or spreadsheet run sheets can be uploaded with the quotation.
Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands theatres and EXPO halls each have different approach constraints. Name the door, not only the venue brand.
Dispatch on the night
Spare capacity matters more than a pretty fleet photo. We would rather hold a backup MPV than strand a principal because one sedan sat in a closed lane. That is quoted as a programme, not guessed at the kerb.
