Singapore EXPO chauffeur—exhibition hours, not city hours
EXPO sits next to Changi, not next to the CBD. Ingress, hall numbers and the hotel you actually sleep in matter more than a generic “east” pin.
Why EXPO is a different job from Suntec
Suntec sits in the civic district. EXPO is Changi South: closer to the airport than to Orchard, with exhibition peaks that swamp the taxi rank at opening and close. A booked car with a hall number is the reliable way to make a first appointment.
Many exhibitors fly in the same morning. A Changi-to-EXPO hop with luggage, then a later hotel drop, is a common two-stop booking—add the stop before you pay.
Halls, hotels and shuttles
Name the hall or the hotel (EXPO, Changi Village, downtown). Multi-vehicle delegate shuttles between EXPO and city hotels are MICE quotations. A director’s car for the day is hourly hire with the hall as the hold point.
Vehicles for show days
Sedans for principals. V-Class or Alphard for teams with cases. Combis and coaches when the organiser is moving a block of exhibitors. Do not assume a sedan boot will take a folding booth.
